My Lola Nor's Meryendahan

Went here late and with a full stomach so we were not able to try a lot of dishes. The messenger account is very helpful and responsive, we were also able to make advance orders. In general, our group liked all the food we ordered, plus the other pasalubong/products they sell. Will dine here again to try the other dishes. Went to My Lola Nor's 301 the week before so I already had some expectations, but wanted to experience this branch with family. Ambiance - different vibe, more traditional. The inside is a really pretty house with nice seats. We had 4 dogs with us though so we stayed at the garden at the back. Good to note though we were given the choice to stay inside, our pets just need to have diapers. Spacious with lots of fans, our dogs also got to run around the grass garden. LOTS OF FLIES though :( No wonder the inside area is covered with screens all around the house/building. Food - Okoy arrived not crispy anymore so I was quite disappointed. I mentioned it to the server and it was re-fried, so it was crispy again - Pancit luglug same as the 301 branch is the best. - Chocolate batirol shake is good also, a bit thick and sticky, not too sweet - Batirol cheesecake is my fave. Tastes like the batirol I had in Baguio

First time ever being treated by family October 29, 2023. The design, setting and atmosphere of the place was very special if not romantic. We waited a while for the food and when it came out it's not I would say 5🌟 or 10/10 but it's just okay and for me being American it could use some more seasoning and I believe my wife cooks better. By the way she is Filipina/Kapampangan. But since I was treated as guest I don't have too much to say but it's not a place I would rave about. It was busy the hour and a half we were there. Food: 3.75-4⭐. Luke warm which was somewhat disappointing and quite a bit of skin left on the chicken teriyaki. For a place with such a reputation; presentation needs to step up a notch. Service: 3.5⭐ Could have been more efficient and timely but conversation kept us from noticing too much Atmosphere: 4.5⭐ Resort style! If you want to impress people with pics then this is the place. Food not so much! Overall: 3.85🌟 Would we come again, maybe. I would look around for other places to dine because you're coming to a restaurant not only for the service and atmosphere but most importantly the...FOOD! Keep exploring!
